Facilitation

Our collective workshops: where teams think and act together

We don’t facilitate meetings. We create collective workshop experiences where minds and bodies are finally in the same room — moving, building, deciding. Grounded in your real challenges, not in theoretical frameworks.

No more seminars that go in circles.
No more post-its that end up in the bin.

Facilitating a group isn’t just keeping the energy up and making sure everyone gets heard. It’s a craft: reading the room, calibrating the pace, creating the right friction at the right moment — so your team produces something together that none of them could have produced alone. A combination of proven facilitation tools applied to your context.

Get people moving
to unlock ideas and break
out of habitual thinking

Step outside the office
to see challenges from a new angle

Make challenges tangible
by working with your hands
and your whole self

Lock in decisions
so intentions actually
turn into action

The result: teams that take risks, projects that move forward, and working relationships that are genuinely transformed.

WHEN DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE

When does a collective workshop make a real difference?

Every team has its blind spots, its stuck moments, its turning points.
Here are the situations where a PROPULSIO workshop shifts the dynamic:

→ Bringing your teams around a shared direction — by experiencing it together, not just hearing about it in a presentation

→ Rebuilding dialogue and restoring cohesion when tensions are slowing the collective down

→ Cutting through meeting overload so projects actually advance

→ Marking a key milestone in a way that builds genuine commitment, not just attendance

→ Strengthening your culture through strategic transitions: pivots, mergers, restructuring, team integration

→ Producing a strategic deliverable together, in a concentrated burst of focused work

Everything is designed around your context, drawing on our methodological toolkit. Tell us about your project — we’ll build the right format.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you’ll want to know before getting in touch

What does a workshop or seminar typically cost?

Every intervention is bespoke: the investment depends on the format, the duration, the number of participants and the level of preparation involved. Get in touch for a tailored quote — we adapt to the context and constraints of each organisation.

</details>

What does the team leave with at the end of a session?

Every session closes with a concrete deliverable: a visual synthesis, a prioritised action plan, agreed decisions, an idea map. The format is defined with you upfront, based on your objectives. Nobody leaves the room without knowing exactly what they’re doing next.

</details>

How many participants can a workshop accommodate?

Our workshops work for groups of 6 to 80, depending on the format. For larger groups, we work with facilitators from our partner network and choose the right format accordingly. Size is never an obstacle — it just changes the design, whether it’s a one-off workshop or long-term consulting support.

</details>

What methods do you use?

We draw from a toolkit of proven approaches: Creative Problem Solving, design thinking, LEGO® Serious Play®, agile methods, Innovation Games and visual facilitation. The right tool for the right moment — no fixed recipe, but a precise diagnosis of what your team needs to move forward.

</details>

["post-3072","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
