Maëlle Gaultier, facilitator and founder of PROPULSIO
A facilitator and agile coach, Maëlle has been supporting teams for over 10 years, working in French, English and Italian.
Her approach is shaped by more than 20 years of experience in publishing, events and project management in communications — fields where she learned that the best decisions are rarely made around a table.
She accelerates strategic projects by combining agile approaches, creative problem solving and collective intelligence, for concrete results and durably transformed team dynamics.
